Terms & Conditions

By using Bobby Dazzler’s Nails and Beauty you agree to bound by these terms which take effect immediately on your first use of Bobby Dazzler’s Nails and Beauty. If you do not agree to bound by the following terms please do not access, use Bobby Dazzler’s Nails and Beauty.

These are in place so that you’re able to receive the best possible experience while at Bobby Dazzler’s Nails and Beauty.

OPENING HOURS

Tuesday to Friday As per the website and Jena booking system.

I always aim do my best to accommodate to the times and dates that you may need.

AGE LIMITATIONS

Over 18’s, but please enquire before booking any treatments for under 18’s which also must be accompanied by a parent or guardian also a letter of consent given prior to starting the treatment.

HOW TO BOOK TREATMENTS

Appointments can be made by email, text, also my online booking system using the “Book Now” button.

To ensure that I can fit you in at a time that is convenient to you, I recommend booking your next few appointment before you leave.

Non-refundable booking fees are required to secure the date and time of all treatments at the time of booking.

You can always check your appointments through your online booking account.

If booking through the online booking system you will receive a confirmation and a reminder of your appointment.

PATCH TESTS

All new clients and existing clients who have not had a particular treatment before or it has been 6 months since their last treatment or patch test, will be required to pop in for a patch test 48 hours prior to their appointment, Also if you have had Covid you will need another patch test but only 14 days after having Covid.

I will not carry out any treatment without a patch test.

Please understand that patch tests are carried out for your safety as this is my priority along with being part of my insurance policy.

Treatments that require a patch test:

Lash Lift or Eyebrow Tint, Lash Tint and Lash and Brow Lifts.

PAYING FOR YOUR TREATMENT(S)

I accept cash or bacs.

ARRIVING EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you’re early you will need to stand outside or wait in your car until I am ready to see you.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

While you are having your treatment carried out all mobile phones are to be put in your bag and left alone till the end of your treatment. All appointments are to be paid in full at the time of the appointment,

LATENESS & CANCELLATION

In line with my terms and conditions – you will need to give me as much notice as possible to any cancellations or lateness that may occur – a minimum of 72hours’ notice is required for cancellations prior to your appointment failure to notify me within this time will incur a charge of 100% of the overall cost, No further bookings will be booked until this is paid. If you are 15 minutes or later for your appointment you will be charged and may have lost your appointment. This policy is also applicable to anything covid related.

The non-refundable booking fee and cancellation policy has been designed so that I am covered for the time taken to arrange your appointment as well as prepare for it. I would like to remind you that by booking an appointment, that you are reserving my time in advance to guarantee it.

NO-SHOW

If you do not give me any notice at all that you will not be able to attend your appointment and do not arrive to your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you 100% of the amount for the treatment(s) you were booked in for. No further bookings will be booked until this is paid. This policy is also applicable to anything covid related.

As I hope you can understand, my time is reserved for you and your treatment in advance as well as taking time to set up for you so when I am faced with a no-show it is a big loss in both time, money and potential disappointment for another client.

BRINGING OTHERS WITH YOU

I ask you attend alone to your appointment, I have a strict no children policy as this is not covered by my insurance also products that I use, along with to get YOU the time you deserve.

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with the treatment or service carried out, please contact me immediately, I do not offer refunds on any treatments, gift vouchers or products brought.

Before attempting to fix yourself or going to another professional. If I do not know I cannot resolve the problem, I will need to see you or photos of the problem in order to help resolve the issue for you. This must be done in the first couple of days not after a week!!!

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.no deadline extensions given, Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the cost of the treatment is for a higher amount than the value of the gift voucher the difference is to be made up a payment method of bacs, card or cash.

We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen or destroyed or used without permission, No replacements will be provided. Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice or moving the appointment more than once will void the voucher.

All gift vouchers are non-refundable once issued.

PRICES

At any time I may have to increase my prices slightly if my suppliers increase theirs.

All prices are subject to change without any prior notice, the most current prices can always be found on the booking system.
